Family friendly bungalow with large rear lawn and spacious conservatory in a popular location within an easy stroll of the beach.
A warm welcome awaits you at this ideally situated detached bungalow, being just a few minutes walk from beautiful Croyde Bay and within an easy stroll of the village centre. The large private rear lawned garden is perfect for children and offers a relaxing haven at any time of day. The comfortable living room has a separate dining area and features an attractive modern fireplace with electric flame effect fire for cosy cooler evenings. A real bonus is the spacious heated conservatory with additional comfy sofas and patio doors opening onto the lovely rear garden. The well equipped bright and modern fitted kitchen with ceramic tiled floor has a door into the master double bedroom with a shower cubicle and separate ensuite with WC and basin. A further attractive double bedroom and a twin room are served by a modern family bathroom. There is so much to enjoy in this charming unspoilt village with wonderful coastal walks, a superb beach and a choice of restaurants, pubs and stores.
