Description of Rectory Barn

Rectory Barn offers comfortable accommodation in a newly converted barn with a host of original features, in a pretty area of the county with good walking and cycling available. The historic city of Norwich is but a short distance away.

Bracon Ash is a small village with easy access situated just six miles south of the fine city of Norwich. The area is well placed for walking and cycling and is within an easy drive of the Norfolk Broads. Wymondham, a bustling market town, is nearby where shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found. There is a golf course, fishing lakes and horse riding within four miles of the property.

Rectory Barn is a converted two-storey barn situated within the grounds of the owner's home. There are a host of original features including exposed beams throughout the property. There is a gallery landing overlooking the central living area of the property. It has its own garden area and has a balcony overlooking the front garden. Shop:1 mile Pub:1.5 miles
