Keynvor has been decorated and furnished to a good standard and provides cosy living accommodation arranged on one floor with an attractive and enclosed outside space with patio seating. This end of terrace property forms one of three cottages and is perfect for both small families or couples.

Keynvor is accessed through the French windows and the entrance is straight into a cosy but well furnished and equipped lounge/kitchen/ diner. On the lounge side, the property offers comfortable seating with electric living flame fire, flat screen TV and a fully fitted kitchen/ diner on the other side.

Off the main lounge area, an inner hallway leads to the bedrooms which consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. An additional doorway leads to a separate bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Back in the main living room, the French windows provide access onto an enclosed paved patio and small garden with lawn and picnic table. The property provides parking for one car, accessed via an incline from the parking area, with additional parking on site.
