A lovely cottage in a great location with private parking and spacious accommodation
This lovely semi-detached, double fronted cottage is in the heart of the conservation area of Lynton, just a short stroll away from the fabulous choice of craft shops, galleries, restaurants and famous cliff top railway to Lynmouth. The private driveway with ample space for two cars is a real benefit in this popular village. Perfect for couples, families or friends, Croft Cottage is spacious and welcoming. The sitting room features an attractive period fireplace with wood burner effect electric stove to keep you cosy all year round and the spacious slate floored kitchen / dining room is ideal for leisurely breakfasts whilst planning the exciting day ahead. A further snug sitting area with comfy sofa can be used either as a second TV room or quiet newspaper reading corner. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a good size conservatory style entrance, great for storage of coats, boots or muddy pets. From the hallway, stairs lead to the first floor with three attractive bedrooms, a really spacious double, a good size twin and an airy single room. A family bathroom together with a separate cloakroom serves all rooms. Immediately outside the rear door is a level seating area, and several stone steps lead up to a pretty paved patio, quite spacious and perfect for a barbecue or evening drinks. The garden can be completely enclosed by the driveway gates. Lynton and its twin village Lynmouth are set in the most beautiful area of Exmoor National Park, with stunning coastal walks that will take your breath away, and Croft Cottage provides a comfortable home from home at the end of a busy day.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin, Bedroom 3 with Single. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath and basin. Separate cloakroom with WC.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Telephone for emergency and incoming calls only. No cot is available, please bring your own travel cot. No smoking. 2 Pets welcome. Parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
