Description of Coopers Retreat

Detached three storey period Sheringham cottage skilfully converted retaining many original features. 300 yards from the beach.

The charming seaside town of Sheringham is an excellent location for a holiday in beautiful North Norfolk. The award-winning beach is of flint pebbles when the tide is high, giving way to a large expanse of smooth sand as the tide recedes. Cliffs rise on either side of the town, which has a backdrop of wooded hills, including those in the wonderful Sheringham Park. Sheringham is also home to The North Norfolk Steam Railway, Splash Leisure Centre, a golf course and an excellent selection of shops, tea-rooms, pubs and restaurants.

Cooper's Retreat is a detached three-storey period property, situated in the heart of Sheringham, just 300 yards from the beach. It has a wonderful feeling of light and space, and has been skilfully renovated to retain many original features including original wood and pamment floors and open fireplaces. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles
