SLEEPS 2+1Nestled away in a quiet retreat, situated on a family run Nursery farm this property is the perfect spot to get away from it all. This first floor apartment is perfectly positioned to explore the whole of this beautiful area, being situated just 2 miles from the beach and on the fringes of Exmoor. With easy access onto the A39, you’ll find Exmoor National Park, the spectacular cliffs at Lynton and Lynmouth, bustling market towns such as Minehead, peaceful villages such as Dunster, Dulverton, Porlock and beauty spots including Tarr Steps, all within easy reach. For those wishing to explore on foot, the Quantocks are literally a mile from the doorstep and offers open moorland and stunning scenery, or alternatively there are several quiet bays with sandy coves all within a short drive and offering dramatic views over the ocean. The accommodation, accessed via 14 external steps, is attached to the owners property and offers ONE bedroom: double. Bathroom: with shower over and WC. Lounge: with comfortable sofa bed (available on request), TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: spacious room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and seating for 4. Outside: garden, seating area with garden furniture.
